Bei diesem Spiel macht Naketano nicht mit: Von dem Streetwearlabel können zu jeder Jahreszeit farbenfrohe Styles erwartet werden.  Bisher allerdings ausschließlich in Jersey und Sweater-Fleece. In der kommenden Saison wagt sich die Essener Firma nun auf neues Terrain: entwickelt wurde eine mehrteilige Strickkollektion. Diese umfasst Longsleeves sowie Hoodies und stellt eine Ergänzung zu der eigentlichen Herbst-/ Winterkollektion 2007/ 08 dar.
Bei der Umsetzung war der Marke vor allem eines wichtig: Linie und Konzept treu zu bleiben. So sind die für Naketano typischen Streifendesigns und außergewöhnlichen Farbkombinationen auch in Strick ein großes Thema. Schließlich hat das Label genau deswegen einen so hohen Widererkennungswert. Priorität haben, wie im Übrigen bei allen Styles der Marke, Qualität und Tragekomfort. So ist die gewählte Materialzusammensetzung, 50% Baumwolle/ 50% Polyacryl, sowohl angenehm auf der Haut als auch pflegeleicht.
Warum Strick? Schon bei Ihrem früheren Arbeitgeber, dem Streetwearlabel Mazine, hat Chefdesignerin Nicole Christensen bewiesen, dass ihr die Arbeit mit Maschenware liegt. Für Naketano war es somit nur eine Frage der Zeit, Stricksachen in die Kollektion zu integrieren. Das Lieblingsteile-Konzept, worauf unsere gesamte Marke basiert, lässt sich toll in Strick umsetzen“ ergänzt Geschäftsführer Jozo Lonac. Insbesondere die vielfältigen Farben kommen in Gestricken noch besser zur Geltung. Tolle Effekte werden zum Beispiel durch den Einsatz von Multicolor-Garnen erzielt. Daneben besticht die Strickkollektion in erster Linie durch ihre raffinierten Details. Da werden Kapuzenkordeln mit Holzperlen oder Bommeln ausgestattet. Kapuzen und Tascheneingriffe begeistern durch farbig abgesetzte Innenfutter. Extras, wie das zum Style Vodel gehörige Multifunktionsteil, lassen sich variabel tragen und bieten so fast unzählige Kombinationsmöglichkeiten.
Die Naketano GmbH mit Sitz in Essen/ Deutschland wurde im Herbst 2004 gegründet. Das Label besteht derzeit aus einem 8-köpfigen Team, allen voran Geschäftsführer Jozo Lonac und Sascha Peljhan. Produziert wird farbenfrohe Streetwear für Frauen in hochwertiger Qualität. Das Konzept hinter der Marke: Kleidung zu entwerfen, die von den Kundinnen zu Lieblingsteilen erkoren werden. Naketano Designs sind sportlich und weiblich zugleich und sprechen damit vor allem modebewusste Frauen zwischen 20 und 30 Jahren an. Die neue Herbst/ Winterkollektion wurde vergrößert und umfasst nun insgesamt circa 70 Styles.
